Here at The Electric Circus, it’s not all just about karaoke, cocktails, club nights & live music — we can also arrange for you to have your very own private dance lesson with your very own instructor. The perfect afternoon or early evening activity to get your birthday or hen party off to a flying start!
Our dance classes last for 90 minutes and are charged at £30 per person. Each member of your group will be treated to a glass of bubbly on arrival & we’ll also throw in a complimentary hour of karaoke after your class, as well as free entry to our nightclub later!
Dance classes at The Electric Circus can be booked any time between 12pm and 7pm subject to availability. Minimum booking 10. Maximum 40.

Always had a crush on Danny Zuko? Sandy? Rizzo? “Act cool, look cool and be cool. Till death do us part. Think pink!” Learn the hand jive and show off those classic ‘Go Grease Lightening’ arm moves!
4. Dance Floor Divas
Shake it like Shakira, bump it like Beyoncé and learn just how bootylicious you can be! With a medley of top floor-filler tunes that we all love — you’ll be singing along as your teacher puts you through your paces!
5. Bollywood
For the uninitiated, Bollywood is India’s equivalent of Hollywood. The ‘B’ in Bollywood is for Bombay (which is what Mumbai used to be called), the home of Bollywood! If you’re looking for an exciting party with a difference — this is for you! Your teacher will lead you through a variety of Bhangra-style movements before building your routine to the upbeat popular soundtrack from a Bollywood blockbuster.
6. Can-Can
A high kicking, whooping, joyous, knicker flashing, energetic frolic! Your teacher will take you through the basics, from sequences of chorus line kicks to the traditional Can Can tricks.
7. Dirty Dancing
You love the film; you know the songs… now master the moves! Have the time of your life with our Dirty Dancing Party! We can also provide you with your very own Johnny Castle so you can live what has been described as “the most goosebump-inducing dance scene in movie history”.
8. Cheerleading
A high energy all American party. You bring the pazzaz — we bring the pom poms! Practice your ‘stunts’ and ‘chants’ with music from the popular TV series ‘Glee’ before pumping your pom’s to a fantastic, fast paced routine!
9. Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting party that will blow you away! Merengue? Salsa? Cumbia? Reggaeton? Belly dance? Flamenco? Tango? Samba? Why choose…. Zumba has them all!
10. Beyoncé — Single Ladies
Bump it like Beyoncé and learn just how bootylicious you can be! Everyone loves this amazing dance routine — so come and strut your stuff with this sexy party!

24. Dolly Parton Line Dancing Party
Howdy y’all! Cowboy hats and boots at the ready — we’re gonna tush push and slap some leather with a hootin’ tootin’ Dolly Parton inspired line dance party!
25. LMFAO Shuffle Party
So you think you can Shuffle? LMFAO’s Party Anthems Shuffle is adapted from the Melbourne Shuffle which has its routes firmly based in old skool Hip Hop.
